From a small town in Haryana to helping thousands of people manage their money better — this is my story, and why I write every single day.
Where It All Began
A boy from Pehowa with a notebook full of questions about money.
I grew up in Pehowa, Haryana — a town where financial literacy wasn't a subject anyone taught. Like most families around me, money was something you earned, spent, and hoped there was enough of. Nobody talked about saving strategies, investment options, or building wealth step by step. That silence bothered me.
My curiosity led me down a self-taught path — reading books, consuming financial content online, making mistakes, learning from them, and gradually developing a real understanding of personal finance. I realised that the gap between what people know and what they need to know about money is enormous — and that gap costs people dearly.
Why I Started This Blog
Because no one in my town was talking about this.
I started DailyWiseTalk.in out of frustration and purpose. Frustration because most personal finance content online was either too technical, written for Western audiences, or buried behind jargon that average Indians couldn't relate to. And purpose because I knew the information existed — it just needed to be translated into real, actionable, everyday language.
I wanted to create a space where a college student in Pehowa, a homemaker in Chandigarh, or a first-generation earner anywhere in India could come, read, and actually do something with what they learned.
My Experience
Years of learning, saving, investing — and sharing it all.
Over the years I have personally navigated budgeting on a tight income, explored mutual funds and SIPs, studied the basics of stock market investing, and dug deep into topics like tax saving, emergency funds, and side income streams. Every article I write is rooted in personal research and real experience — not copied templates.
I've made financial mistakes so you don't have to. And I've found strategies that genuinely work for people living in India, earning in rupees, and dreaming in ambition.
